Our Autumn Newsletter is hot off the press!
Here is our second partnership newsletter from Pollards Hill! We featured Sherwood Park Hall activities in particular because Pollards Hill’s first ParkPlay was launched there on 14th September. Well done to Shernette and co. for a really lovely morning with local families!
In this our second edition you will see that we are gearing up for winter, with advice about heating and household energy bills, information about online training covering benefits, Pension Credit and what to do about claiming it, some thoughts on waste and rubbish and an invitation to talk to us more about this and other things that vex you in East Mitcham, a poster that marks the beginning of our campaign to tackle the dangerous use of Nitrous Oxide as a recreational drug and some instructions about how to make a draft excluder. There are also some wonderful photos from two great trips that we made with the lunch clubbers in the summer! We hope there will be many more of these in the coming months and are always looking for volunteers and donations to make these happen so watch this space.
